[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css_animation=”appear”]If, in our professional opinion, we believe that a repair of a customer’s TV would be uneconomical or unreliable we would advise them before the repair is completed. At this point the customer will be given the option to decline the repair and pay nothing.
Any TV we receive for repair, that does not show the fault reported by the customer, we will thoroughly tested using all available inputs. It will be hot and cold tested for the maximum time available. Most TVs are repaired in hours, the time devoted to non fault TVs is measured in days, or even weeks. For this reason, any TV that shows not to be faulty, will be charged the FPR. However, as it has been charged, your TV will be covered under warranty should the fault reoccur within the warranty period.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_column_text css_animation=”appear”]

Please note: Cracked LCD (Flat Panel)
If your screen (TFT Panel) is cracked or smashed it can’t be repaired, the panel will need to be replaced. From our experience, in most cases the price of a new panel would make the TV beyond economical repair. However, we do keep a stock of salvage screens that we fit as part of our “Fixed Price Repair”. Whether we have a screen to fit your TV can only be determined by visual inspection as most models will have had several different screens fitted during it’s production period.

If you want us to collect your telly from your home, office for diagnostics it will incur £20 fee. Service is currently available only in East and South East London. Should you require to deliver any other bigger electronics unit for repair please ask us for courier or delivery quotation.
If you reject our offer to repair Telly after quote has been given and would refuse to collect it within 30 days time we will start charging £10 storage fee per item per month!
Should you accept our quote delivery price will be combined to a final bill and delivery arranged provided you are based in East or South East London. For other locations and post codes it might incur additional delivery charges.
