DIAGNOSTIC SERVICE

If your gadget/device experienced physical damage for instance screen crack, water spill-water damage, not charging or you are unsure of the fault or you have attempted an unsuccessful repair, we can offer you a diagnostic service on your gadget/device.

There are 3 types of diagnostic charge depending on the type of device to be diagnosed.

  1. Phones, Electronic Watches (iWatch etc), Small gadgets                  £10
  2. Tablets and Laptops                                                                                          £20
  3. TV’s and big audio sets/Audio Video equipment                                   £30

You can either pay in our shop and ask our consultant for card processing device at the counter desk or alternatively pay online using dedicated link provided below.

Once you have paid for this diagnostic service, you will be sent/told instructions for our Free Post Returns Service or alternatively local service if attending our workshop, so you do not have to pay for your device to be sent to us. We will return/send the device back to you for free even if you do not proceed with the optional repair.

Our expert technicians will carefully investigate and diagnose your device to look for any current or potential faults/failures. We will then contact you and inform you if a repair is necessary and discuss the extra costs to continue with the repair service. At any point, device can be returned without paying extra for repairs, you are under no obligation to agree with the extra repairs needed.

The device diagnostic cost will be deducted from the overall cost of repair, if you choose to proceed. Please bear in mind that the diagnostic cost is a non-refundable service and payable in advance!

Please be aware diagnostics may take longer than usual repairs as our trained technicians take extra time to look at every element of the device and check for faulty parts.

Please be advised we cannot guarantee your device will be repaired after we diagnose the fault. However, 98% of devices that we diagnose are repaired.
