  1. How to make my iPhone ready for repair

If you’re using a device with iOS7 software you’ll need to disable the Find My iPhone service before sending the phone.

To do this through your phone:

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Tap iCloud
  3. Switch off Find My iPhone
  4. Enter your Apple ID password
  5. It will then tell you it’s turning off, show as switched off and send you an email to confirm

To do this through iCloud:

  1. Go to https://www.icloud.com/#find on a computer
  2. Enter your Apple ID and password
  3. Click Find My iPhone
  4. Once the search is done click All Devices and select the one you need to remove
  5. Click Remove from account
  6. Click Remove to confirm that you want it removed from the account

2. How do I check on the progress of my repair:
